Every part of the report, explained.

The two scores answer different questions.

Site quality grades the website itself: content, technical health, structure, and clarity. Competitive visibility grades how findable you are across search, Maps, reviews, directories, authority, and performance.

Your score is the result — a number out of 100 with a plain-English label like “Nearly invisible.” The pillars below it explain why. A beautiful site can still be invisible: seeing both scores separately tells you whether the problem is the website—or the market presence around it.

“Unknown” is not a zero.

If a pillar cannot be verified, UptickIQ says exactly that instead of filling the gap with an estimate. A national software company is not graded on Google Maps; a plumber is. If your score is capped, the amber explanation identifies the condition and what removes it.

“Your Move” is where the report becomes a plan.

Each finding includes severity, captured evidence, affected pages, and the recommended fix. Work from the top down—the list is ordered by impact so a critical visibility problem comes before a cosmetic improvement.

A typical finding reads like: High priority — “Your service area is missing from key pages” — with why it matters, the evidence, and the recommended action attached. Open it to see the full detail.

Search opportunities tell each page what job to do.

Keep means the page already fits the search. Improve means the right page exists but needs strengthening. Consolidate means pages are competing with each other. Create means meaningful demand exists without a matching page.

Head-to-head compares both businesses on the same rules.

Your competitor is scanned through the same engine and in the same market. If a pillar can only be verified for one side, it is excluded from both totals so the comparison stays fair.

Ask My Advisor when the report raises a question.

The advisor has already read the report or comparison you are viewing. Ask what to do first, why a score moved, whether a channel is worth your time, or for help turning review themes and market gaps into practical work.

“What can I finish today?” “Why is this competitor ahead?” “Draft a response to this review.”

Fix, re-scan, verify.

Your full report includes a verification re-scan within 30 days. Make the changes, run the same measurement again, and confirm that the signal moved. That loop is the whole product.
